The business incubator was established on February 16, 2018 following a vote of the members of the Association of Financial Technologies for the charter purposes of the Association.

In accordance with the Regulations on the Business Incubator of the Association, the business incubator functions only for fintech projects with open source and a free license of the association members and is called a Fincubator.

The active core of the association is involved in managing the incubator; both association experts and outside experts are involved as mentors.
